Noodle Necklace fit for a Princess!

As I was getting ready to make Penne noodles for dinner, I happened to see an expiration date on the box as I was opening it up. I had no clue noodles expire! Spaghetti came to save the dinner menu. I set the penne noodles aside and figured I could have the kids make a craft instead of throwing them away.

I had my kids paint the noodles with craft paint. The noodles were transformed into a stylish necklace using colored ribbon. It was a fun, messy, and enjoyable activity for my kids.

It takes total concentration to paint noodles!

There's more noodles left over for more projects to be created! What should we do next? Hmmmm...
